As the website was down we were unable to post this over here. The applications will remain open as long as we recruit new staff members into the system for the community.

We have now opened Moderator Applications. The Moderator Applications will remain open until 30th December 2023. We will continue to vote and recruit moderators who have applied during this process. The applications are only for verified members of this community.

Who must apply

1. Users who are active.

2. Users who wish to help in basic administration of teamspeak server.

3. Helping in growing this community.

4. Users who can be friendly with other community members and have positive interaction skills.

How to Apply
1. Application can be sent to only 3 active Community Leaders of this server: BITUSPY, DEATH, ALANCRUSE.

2. You can use your current nickname or most used name E.g (Darkrider). You can also provide any other details like why you wish to be a moderator or leave the space blank. (OPTIONAL) (We do not want long application in essays we just want a friendly one line message).

3. PLEASE NOTE: Once you have submitted your username to one of the 3 Admins, your application will only be noted if the administrator writes back to you and confirm that your application has been submitted. If the administrator does not reply back in a reasonable time or he is afk you can send the same application to another admin from the above list.

4. Where to Message: You can find these staff members on Teamspeak Server or look for them on our Discord Server and send them your application.

Selection Procedure

1. Staff members ranked as Administrators, TS General Administrators, Executive Administrators, Community Leaders (Including TSA's) will participate in the voting process on each member.

2. You will be judged on how long you have been a member of this community. (We do not judge users on the basis of time spent on the server but rather when you joined this community).

3. Your general reputation as a community member. Your history as a member of this community.

Duties/Roles

1. All Moderators have to remain active on various RGI Platforms i.e Website, Staff Whatsapp group, Teamspeak and Discord Server.

2. Moderators are tasked with helping new members i.e They can provide guidance for new members or introduce new members to the community.

3. Moderators shall play key roles if higher administrative staff is inactive and provide help to members of the community.

4. Moderators can convey issues/problems of members to higher staff or attend to Help Desk System of the server.

Please Note: 1)This community is not looking for administrators who are looking to gain rank for exploiting administrative powers like kick or ban users from this community. As this community strictly prohibits the administrator staff to avoid using their kick and ban powers, we discourage any users who wish to apply with the intention of power abuse to troll members of this community.

2)We also request all request all applicants to understand that we are opening limited no. of moderator ranks on the server and the members will be selected for trial/probation basis and you can be removed on the discretion of higher administrative staff.

3) Recruitment based on channels: In order to diversify the ranks between all channels of RGI community and give equal chance to everyone, we wish to recruit moderators from different channels rather than recruit large no. of users from a single channel/clan channel.
